Vénus beauté (institut)

This is an excellent film that was quite a hit over here back in 1998. The film is peculiar (to me) in that it is a romantic comedy, yet the main character, Angèle, is absolutely unromantic. Quite a mix.
Also the film is set in the centre of Paris, but manages to eschew the clichés about Paris that we see in 95% of French films.
Highly recommended.
